We start with great genetics to make the best grass finished beef. Angus cows crossed with Devon bulls result in a tender, great tasting, beef that fattens easily on our lush, green pastures.
Since 2002, we've focused on developing the skills, genetics, and great pasture required to produce consistent, high quality beef entirely on grass. Low stocking densities and keeping the animals a little longer until they are well marbled takes more time and effort but it is all worth it when you take that first bite!
