We have a variety of excellent farm fresh food products available year round.  From our pastured eggs to our acorn finished pork, our animals are rotated daily to ensure they always have fresh pasture to consume.  Pastured animals provide a more robust taste and texture than confined animals and offer great health benefits as well.
 

 
Grass finished beef

We pride ourselves on our grass finished beef.  We've selected Angus cattle that finish easily on pasture.  Our goal is to have them grazing year round with only brief periods of feeding grass hay during the harshest parts of the winter.  We practice low stress handling to ensure the highest quality beef.
 

 
Acorn finished pork

A family favorite is our acorn finished pastured pork.  We select long bodied "bacon" style hogs to raise on pasture.  In the fall, they are run in the woods where acorns, hickory nuts, and walnuts abound.  They enjoy rooting through the forest mast, finding and consuming all their piggy favorites.  This gives them a wonderful, full flavor rich with the local terroir.
 
 
Free range farm fresh eggs

Our laying hens produce rich, golden yoked eggs every day.  These eggs look different than your typical store bought egg because they are different.  The white is firm, not runny, and the yoke is a rich golden yellow.  Not only do they taste great, they are a joy to cook with giving a richness of color and flavor you have to experience.
