*All prices and weights for whole, half, and quarters are based on hanging weights and are paid to Mountain Meadow Farm. All kill and butcher fees are paid directly to the butcher. The kill fee is $134 for whole animals and a percentage for halves and quarters. Butcher fees run $0.89/lb. to cut, vacuum seal, label, and freeze the beef.
**We do our best to accommodate your size and date preferences, but all orders are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Beef take-home weights are approximately 25-35% less than carcass hanging weight due to trimming and deboning. Vacuum sealed beef will last at least year in your freezer. We are happy to help you with your cutting instructions. We will deliver your animal to the butcher and will send you an invoice for its cost. You are responsible to pay processing fees and picking up your cut, wrapped, and frozen meat from the butcher at:
